How can it work? 

Traffic cameras situated close to traffic signals will catch traffic wrongdoers without the presence of traffic authorities. 

The camera snaps a picture of the vehicle's plate number and runs an output of the vehicle's records in the state's VIS information base. 

To identify whether you may have had an earlier traffic offense, vehicle proprietors are asked to visit their site, type in their number plate and afterward click on inquiry. Whenever this is done, a bill is created for any extraordinary offense.
