Jason Statham to Star in New Thriller Movie ‘The Bee Keeper’


The 54-year-old actor has signed on to star in the upcoming movie The Bee Keeper from Miramax.


The Bee Keeper is being described as a "lightning-paced thriller deeply steeped in the mythology of Bee Keeping," Deadline reports.


Miramax CEO Bill Block, who will be producing The Bee Keeper, shared some more insight about the movie.


“The Bee Keeper explores universal themes with an unconventional story that will have fans sitting on the edge of their seats," Bill shared. "We’re excited to bring another iconic and irresistible film to audiences around the globe."


Production for The Bee Keeper is being eyed to begin in September 2022 in London and Atlanta.
